Mindset Live Entertainment LLC operates mindsetliveent.com and its Creator Portal. For privacy questions, access, correction, or deletion requests, email privacy@mindsetliveent.com. For general support, email support@mindsetliveent.com. Effective date: October 6, 2026.
Information collected
Applications collect your name, email, mobile number, TikTok username and profile link, U.S. residency confirmation, optional referrer, and consent timestamp. Portal sign-in provides account identifiers and email and, where available, your name. We store private invitation records, intended TikTok usernames, invitation claims linked to signed-in account identifiers and emails, automatic training access activation, and administrative revocation. We store access approvals, training progress, quiz scores, completion records, meeting requests, Discord username, availability, time zone, and administrative meeting status and feedback. Support correspondence contains the information you choose to provide. Our hosting and sign-in providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and security logs.
How information is used
We use information to review applications, contact applicants about their requests, submit eligible recruits for TikTok approval, manage portal access, deliver training, track progress, arrange meetings, provide support, and maintain site security. We currently do not send email marketing. Application contact permission is for your inquiry and participation; it is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Who receives information
Information is available to authorized agency personnel who need it for these purposes and service providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, and communications. This website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Relevant application and creator information may be submitted to TikTok for network eligibility and approval. Discord is used for meetings and community participation. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, or protect safety and rights. Published Creator Tips and their images are public; applications and individual training records are not public website content.
Cookies, local storage, and third parties
Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technologies for sessions, authentication, and security. This site stores your optional-cookie choice and its timestamp in your browser until you change your choice or clear browser storage. Closing the notice without a choice stores a dismissal timestamp and postpones the notice for 24 hours. You can accept or opt out and change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Essential hosting and authentication functions remain active. The embedded YouTube welcome video stays blocked unless you accept optional cookies; opting out removes the embedded player. Closing the notice without choosing does not accept optional cookies. No advertising pixels or standalone audience analytics tools are currently added to this website. Embedded YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode, but YouTube may still receive device and connection information and use storage when you interact with a video. External TikTok, Discord, YouTube, and sign-in services have their own privacy policies. Browser Do Not Track signals do not currently change how this site's essential functions operate; third parties may collect information across services under their own policies. Dismissing the notice does not authorize optional tracking.
Retention and security
There is no single retention period for every record. Application records are retained while reviewing and following up on an inquiry; member access, training, and meeting records are retained while needed for participation and support. Records may be retained longer when necessary for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or enforcement of agreements. Records should be deleted or de-identified when those purposes end. Send a deletion request if you no longer want to participate. Backup and provider retention may differ from active records. We use access controls to restrict administrative information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Never send passwords, login codes, government identification, or financial account details through these forms.
Your requests and choices
Email privacy@mindsetliveent.com to request access, correction, or deletion or to withdraw permission for future application-related contact. We may need to verify your identity without requesting unnecessary sensitive information. Some records may need to be retained as described above, and deleting information needed for portal access may end that access. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. You can manage cookies through your browser and avoid external services or embedded videos. Browser restrictions may affect sign-in and functionality.
Children and updates
Our creator recruitment and training services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child's information. If you believe we received a child's personal information, contact privacy@mindsetliveent.com. We may update this policy by posting a revised effective date and, when required, providing additional notice.
