Scope and contact
Effective October 6, 2026. These terms describe use of Mindset Live Entertainment LLC's website and Creator Portal. Contact support@mindsetliveent.com with questions. Separate signed creator agreements and applicable platform terms govern network participation, compensation, and other contractual arrangements; browsing this site does not establish employment or an agency contract.
Applications and eligibility
We currently recruit creators residing in the United States. Creator recruitment and training services are intended for adults. Applicants must provide accurate information and meet applicable TikTok eligibility requirements. Submitting an application does not guarantee agency acceptance, TikTok approval, LIVE access, or any particular outcome.
Portal access and conduct
Training access is for approved recruits. Use your own authorized account and do not share access or impersonate another person. Treat others with respect. Bullying, harassment, racism, threats, discriminatory conduct, fraud, spam, and attempts to disrupt or bypass access controls are prohibited. Follow meeting instructions and the applicable TikTok and Discord rules. We may restrict or suspend portal access for misuse, security concerns, or loss of eligibility. Contact support to raise an access concern.
Training materials and submissions
You may use training materials and downloadable resources for your personal learning and creator development. Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly upload agency training without permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Only submit information and images you have the right to provide; do not include another person's private information without authorization.
Availability and responsibility
Training and site features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Follow current platform rules and independently verify information before relying on it. You remain responsible for your content, account activity, and decisions. Our training and account-support disclaimer applies to educational resources and support. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains collection and use of information. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated effective date and providing additional notice where required. Separate written agreements are not amended merely by updating this page.
